Here's how it works - order your necklace here, and in the comments section of the order form indicate the city, state, province or country you'd like featured. Once we receive your request, we'll create up to three sample pendants for you to choose from, within 72 hours (sometimes faster). Once you've made your choice, we'll make your necklace and send it off in 7 - 10 days! Your credit card is only charged when we receive final approval of your custom necklace.
